    Daidala is a nomadic cider company founded by cidermaker Chris Heagney. Chris began his fermentation career in the brewing industry, learning the trade in Sunderland, England. While studying there, he got his first taste of finely crafted cider at a beer festival in Newcastle. After returning to the US and finding work at a brewery, he frequently thought about those ciders he had enjoyed across the Atlantic. Soon enough, Chris sought out a cidermaker’s position at Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider in Portland, Oregon.
